Payment Policy & Legal Agreement
100% of the total amount shall be payable at the time of booking.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the rate of 18% shall be applicable on all payments made.
All payments shall be made in favour of EDD UNITED PRIVATE LIMITED.
All booking amounts and advance payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
EDD UNITED PRIVATE LIMITED does not provide any form of insurance. The Client is advised to independently arrange for insurance, if required.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur.
